We are humbled and grateful to inform that Biovian received a Net Promoter Score, NPS of 72 in the client satisfaction survey. Based on Bain & Co, the source of the NPS system, this score puts Biovian into category “Excellent”.
What is NPS and why is it important?
The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others. It is the gold standard of customer experience metrics and measures the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service. Some examples of NPS scores of world-leading companies; Amazon 62, Netflix 68, Airbnb 74, Starbucks 77, Tesla 96. NPS can be used as a predictor of business growth as it indicates a company has a healthy relationship with customers [1,2,3].
